In addition, we have a certified HUD installer on staff to verify all manufactured home installations are completed to the required industry standards.
As your General Contractor, RidgeCrest will coordinate the building permit and inspections, excavation, foundation, installation of public or private utilities, decks and porches, garages, finished basements, HVAC services, gutters, and more. Depending on your expectations and budget, items can be completed to a minimum of code requirements, or above and beyond to meet your needs and expectations.
In addition to our construction services, our team specializes in customizing your home build. Whether that’s as simple as a change in flooring and upgrading your shower, or more in depth such as bringing us your hand drawn floor plan, our goal is to build the home you imagine. This extends to all areas of your project. As you move from the planning stages to breaking ground, you’ll work closely with Reed Willar, Owner of RidgeCrest. He’ll conduct multiple site visits and home walkthroughs with you to ensure you’re informed and satisfied. This allows us to address questions as work progresses and gives us the flexibility to make changes and accommodate add-ons in real-time.
