Reed Willar is the second-generation owner of RidgeCrest Home Sales. He’s the head of our construction team and a certified HUD installer. In addition to overseeing the daily operations of the company, he works closely with customers and is their main point of contact during the construction phase of their home build. His “hands-on” approach to both our customers and working on the job site gives him a unique perspective and, as the owner, is able to make real time changes to better serve the needs of our customers.
Upon graduating from Penn College, Reed put his engineering skills to use for a Pennsylvania based firm specializing in providing site/civil engineering, land development, and municipal engineering. In 2021, he decided to return to the area and bring his experience back to the family business. Since taking the reins of RidgeCrest, Reed has brought many ideas for the growth and success of the company.
In his free time, you can find Reed staying active in the outdoors. Depending on the season, he may be skiing the slopes, fishing, or hiking and running trails. He’s competed in multiple races year-round, including the World’s End 100K. In addition to his outdoor activities, Reed is a PSU, Pirates, and Steelers fan, and enjoys traveling throughout the United States and abroad.
Tia Willow has been with RidgeCrest Home Sales since 2007. She started as our Marketing Manager and has filled many different roles throughout her time with the company. Currently, she is the head sales representative for RidgeCrest and coordinates all aspects of the project. Tia enjoys the opportunity to meet new customers and work with them throughout the entire sales and construction process.
A graduate of Penn State University, she has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and has worked in sales and marketing throughout her career. Away from work, she spends her time with her husband and kids. They enjoy many outdoor activities including camping weekends, beach vacations, kayak trips, and spending time at the lake. Depending on the season, you’ll find them cheering on Penn State and the Philadelphia Eagles!
Kylie started at RidgeCrest Home Sales in 2022. She started as sales support and marketing. After some time, Kylie’s position moved to an executive administrative position. Her main roles are focused on accounting, marketing, sales support and assisting with day-to-day tasks in the office. She enjoys seeing a project come to life from the beginning stages of picking out a floorplan to taking the completed photos and videos just before key turnover and working with customers during their warranty period.
Kylie attended South Hills School of Business & Technology where she earned a degree in Business Administration, Management, and Marketing. Prior to starting at RidgeCrest Home Sales she has experience in various marketing and administrative roles.
Outside of work Kylie can usually be found spoiling her dogs or spending time with family and friends. She enjoys traveling to new places and going to concerts.
